I'm not sure what this FORK FOMM is, the one I use is this one. I have noticed sometimes uninstalling programs the settings files and what not don't get deleted and if they are the culprit, re installing won't help, cause it will just load those settings again and crash. It still works, you just have to reopen FOMM for each mod you install. Fallout 3 cannot run on more than 1 Core, you have to deactivate the others.
